Hey Angie,
I find it difficult to write everything that I'm thinking and feeling down on the candles. I run out of words quickly. Randy and I are settling into our new apartment, as I'm sure you know. We pay tribute to you a little every day - your pictures are on the walls around our apartment.
Randy put a few above his desk, including his favourite- the one of you both at the wedding where you both dressed the same.
I miss seeing Jeremy every day- so I'm trying to close the distant a little bit. On the last visit I gave him a jar of grass. I wrote on a piece of paper, "Jeremy's Itty Bitty Lawn" and told him that he had to mow it.
He phoned me yesterday after he received my hug in the mail and told me that he has been taking care of his grass and that a caterpillar lives in there now. The caterpillar he named Angie and she is currently in a cocooon. That is so sweet.
It's funny sometimes the little things turn out to be so beautiful - how could I have known that giving him a jar of grass could be such a beautiful memorial to you?
